Cornwall Basking Shark Photo Expedition 2007

In association with Gary Fox of Dive Action

Each year, with Gary’s help we battle with nature and the elements to bring together an amazing opportunity to snorkel with and photograph the elusive Cornish Basking Sharks off of the Lizard peninsula. The image shown is an example of a shot obtained on a similar previous expedition.

Timing is always a nightmare but we endeavour to select a 2 day period set between Monday to Friday to guarantee availability of both a hard boat and a RIB. This two day period can range anywhere from early May to mid June and photographers that are keen to capture Images of these awesome creatures have to be able to respond to 48 hour calling.

No deposit or payments are taken prior to these trips just a commitment to attend in order to enable us to arrange the required amount of boat cover.

Total cost of this expedition is £120.00 per person.

This excludes B&B, which we can arrange locally in the region of £20.00 per person per night.
