- The Company Alan James Photography Ltd does not accept liability for any Accident or Injury, which may occur whilst the equipment is in use.
- Customers are responsible for the care and routine maintenance of the equipment whilst in their possession.
- The Company Alan James Photography Ltd reserves the right to levy an additional hire charge at the daily rate in the event of the late return of the equipment.
- The Company Alan James Photography Ltd does not accept any liability above and beyond the value of its hire charges. Customers are responsible for determining the suitability of the equipment for the purpose in hand.
- In the event of equipment failure or damage through misuse or negligence, the customer will be expected to pay the cost of any repair.
- The customer must insure the equipment against any possibility of theft, loss or destruction
