About Alan James

Alan has been actively working in underwater photography since 1985. He has many national and international awards to his credit. His work is well published, with well over 100 dive related magazine publications relating to worldwide travel and photographic experiences and also his UK book 'Beneath British Seas'. He has been working Digitally Underwater now since December 2002, when he took his first tentative steps in the Digital Age and he has been a digital convert since the very first image that he was able to review underwater.

About Heather Hammond

Heather has been diving since 1983 and was bitten by the Underwater Photography bug in 1990 when she took her first disposable 35mm camera to the Cayman Islands she also comes with a wealth of underwater photographic experience and publications; Heather takes the time to also assist with the testing of all the Digital Compact and selected dSLR systems and helps create the popular "How to Set up Guides" for all the units that we recommend. Heather also runs the Digital/Photoshop Courses to help you get the best out of your own equipment
